Alexander Gerginov (Ham&Eggs)

Alexander Gerginov graduated in Fashion from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, and then defended his doctoral dissertation related to contemporary fashion illustration.

He works as a designer of women’s and men’s fashion. Since 2008 he has been teaching drawing, fashion design and costume history at the Vocational School of Clothing in Sofia, and since 2010 he has been a teacher of fashion illustration and the creating a fashion portfolio at the Academy of Arts in Sofia. In the last few years he has been giving lectures and workshops related to fashion illustration and modern methods of painting in Germany, Lithuania and others.

As a designer he also works on the independent fashion project Ham & Eggs, as well as participates in the creation of the design brand Conceptual Sporty Chic together with Natalia Zhivkova. He presents his love for fine and applied arts in a number of exhibitions and art projects shown in Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, Russia, the Czech Republic, England, Serbia, Macedonia, South Africa and others.

He actively participates in the conceptual fashion design projects of IVAN ASEN 22, for some of which he is also director of the fashion films.
