The partner of the event is “KAOLIN JSC”, whose raw sand-like product “kaolin” is the basis for the creation of glass and porcelain. This inspiring material transforms from loose to solid and forms new shapes – a process also characteristic of the work of designers, who create unique three-dimensional clothes from flat two-dimensional fabrics. Sand, as one of the symbols of the sunny hot summer, is interpreted in designer creations. The clothes are immersed in all shades of sand: beige, caramel, light gray, as well as “white in color”: ultra-light pastel tones, pale pink, nude, grayish ash of roses, as well as the colors of the nature surrounding the sand deposits: the blue of the sky, the turquoise-green and mint of the water, the yellow of the soft sunlight. Bright accent colors are dark red and deep green.

The breathtaking view of the sand quarries in Vetovo, Rousse region is a kind of unique natural “background” for the photo session with the designers’ models shot by the photographer Petar Tanovski with the Macedonian top model Ivana Geleva.
