Return and Exchange Policy
Please note: The designers´ items are specially made for the thematic designers´ event. Each piece is available as a prototype in the size indicated in the product listing. There, you can also find information if the piece is unique or if it can be ordered and in which sizes or upon personal measures.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the production of custom-made pieces.
If an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit you, please contact us within 3 days after receiving it. We will inform you if you can order it in another size or if we can correct the item. If we can`t correct or deliver the item in the size you wish, we will refund you within 1 week after receiving the item back.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
We don’t accept cancellations.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns or exchanges of:
Custom-made items, produced upon personal measures and/or with a custom fabric (e.g.in a colour wished by the client) cannot be exchanged and refund, but we will be happy to offer you a free correction.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Items should be returned in the original condition – unworn and unwashed. We will not be able to provide refund for items which are not in the original condition.
♥ COLOURS: Please, keep in mind that colours of images may look slightly different because of the specifics of your computer!
♥ Refund will take place AFTER RECEIVING returned items. Shipping fees are not refundable.
♥ Please also note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, all customs and duty fees if they apply. Items sent to different address that the one specified here and items held at the customs, can’t be refunded or exchanged. Please contact us BEFORE you proceed the return, we will send you The Return Guidance and will explain you everything you should know about it.
